SALES TAX
We charge required local and state taxes for New Jersey only. Sales tax in clothing in New Jersey is 0%, and therefore sales tax will only be added for non-clothing items.

EXCHANGES
1. Sofistafunk Skirts are made to order, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange for merchaindise credit within 7 days.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached, or will not be eligible for merchainise credit.
The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Shipping costs are not refundable.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

3. Once we receive the garment(s), we will notify you via email of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will also send you notification of such. If you have any questions, please email us anytime at info@sofistafunk.com. Merchandise Credit
Sofistafunk Skirts are made to order, thus we do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the sizing , we do not offer refunds

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please e-mail info@sofistafunk.com or call 1-973-433-7098 M - F 10am - 6pm EST for a Return Authorization Number . If you contact us by e-mail, you will receive the return authorization number within 24 hours. You must print the number on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back. If you cannot find the included form, contact us at info@sofistafunk.com for the return address and the exact instructions.
